The Goldwater Scholarship is awarded to outstanding sophomores and juniors interested in research careers in the natural sciences, mathematics, and engineering. This prestigious national award is designed to support students who have invested significant time into undergraduate research opportunities and are passionate about the process and study of their field. This award is worth up to $7,500 for up to two years of undergraduate study.
