Are you considering graduate school in STEM? Join us for a workshop designed to help you navigate the application process and explore funding opportunities. In addition to practical tips for building a strong application, you’ll gain insight into major fellowships and scholarships that support graduate study in STEM, and how to position yourself as a competitive candidate. Whether you’re just starting to explore graduate school or are in the midst of preparing your applications, this session will equip you with strategies and resources to confidently take your next steps.

Goldwater Scholarship Information Session
Monday, September 22 | 5:30 -7 pm | Location: Kirby-Manchester, Room 109
The Goldwater Scholarship is awarded to outstanding sophomores and juniors interested in research careers in the natural sciences, mathematics, and engineering. This prestigious national award is designed to support students who have invested significant time into undergraduate research opportunities and are passionate about the process and study of their field. This award is worth up to $7,500 for up to two years of undergraduate study. To learn more about our on-campus nomination process, check out the Goldwater page on the Scholars Program website and plan to attend our info session at 5:30 pm on September 22!
