Project Title: A comparison between indoor air quality of high-traffic mosques in the United Arab Emirates and Egypt
This experience was a highlight of my research career at Wake, revealing a deeper understanding of what research can—and should—mean for a global community. It underscored how research is ultimately built to serve people, not just knowledge itself. My project emphasized the interconnectedness of culture, health, and environment, demonstrating the importance of studying these forces together rather than in isolation.
